Scott is a principal of Audacious Inquiry and directs the firm's Health Information Systems practice.  He joined the firm in 2007, bringing several years of project management and systems integration expertise.  Scott has served as the program director of Maryland's statewide health information exchange planning effort since the inception of CRISP, Maryland's state-designated entity for HIE.  Scott has also led the development of networked consumer health applications designed to give consumers access to and control over their own clinical health information.  His responsibilities also include establishing strategies for AI's growth in the health information technology industry. He is a noted speaker on health information exchange, having presented at regional and national health IT conferences.

Prior to joining Audacious Inquiry, Scott served as a Business and Systems Integration Consultant with Accenture, Inc out of their New York City office. Scott's clients while at Accenture include large education and healthcare clients in the New York City and State of Texas governments.

Scott is a triathlete and private pilot.
