Evan is currently spearheading the company’s presence in Florida as the Deputy Project Manager for the team charged with developing and deploying the Florida Statewide Health Information Exchange. Additionally, Evan is a member of the AI business development team. Previously, Evan has managed a variety of projects at AI including the development of a custom personal health record application for a major academic medical system, the facilitation of an HIE vendor procurement for a statewide hospital system, and the development of a website for a start-up technology company.

Prior to joining AI, Evan was an Associate in Booz Allen Hamilton’s Federal healthcare practice. During this time, Evan served as a strategic health IT contributor for the Foundation for eHealth Initiative in an effort to convene health IT steering committees and commence related HIE pilot projects across the Gulf Coast states in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Additionally, Evan was a Lead Business Analyst for the Social Security Administration’s Strategic Health IT Team that drove the agency to become the first entity to go live on the Nationwide Health Information Exchange. Previously, Evan was the manager of a filmless, paperless out-patient diagnostic imaging center, giving him a uniquely holistic perspective on health IT.

Outside of work, Evan is the president of a non-profit lacrosse organization.
