David is a principal of Audacious Inquiry with ten years of project management, marketing, and technology experience. Since joining Audacious Inquiry in 2007, he has worked on a number of high-visibility projects. In 2010, David spearheaded the firm's first federal prime contract, working on technology projects for the U.S. Geological Survey in the Department of the Interior. David also serves as a consultant to CRISP, Maryland’s health information exchange, where he oversees public relations and communications and has assisted with the organization’s efforts to secure more than $15 million in federal stimulus grants.
Previously, he managed the conceptualization and deployment of an interactive web portal providing health and wellness information and social networking for seniors, sponsored by Retirement Living TV and Erickson Retirement Communities. Other client engagements outside of the healthcare industry include projects for Winning Connections, American Public University System, Brown Advisory, and Crunch.
David serves as president of the board of the Shepherd’s Clinic, a unique primary care facility serving the uninsured of Baltimore City. He also runs with Back on My Feet and volunteers at the Helping Up Mission. He enjoys to write in his free time.
